Before placing a Gexlora order, check that the recipient is at least 18, the destination is an eligible Australian address, and the street, suburb, state and postcode are complete and consistent. Gexlora does not support international destinations. Incomplete, inaccurate or ineligible delivery details may cause an order to be held or cancelled.
The five-point address check
- Confirm the destination is within Australia. The current Shipping Policy says Gexlora ships only to eligible addresses in Australia and does not support international destinations.
- Use the recipient’s complete street address. Include the unit or apartment number when one applies. Do not rely on a building name, suburb or postcode alone.
- Match the suburb, state and postcode. Read all three fields together. A familiar postcode does not correct a conflicting suburb or state entry.
- Confirm the adult recipient details. The recipient must be at least 18. Age or identity checks may be required where applicable, so do not enter details for a minor or assume another person can satisfy the requirement.
- Review the final cart record before submitting. Check the chosen product, quantity and address on the current cart or checkout page. The live product and cart pages are the authoritative record at the time of an order.
Separate product identity from delivery eligibility
An exact product match does not prove that a delivery address is eligible. First identify the carton by its complete product name and SKU. The existing SKU guide explains that record-identification step. Then perform the address check as a separate decision.
This separation prevents two common mistakes: changing to a nearby product record because an address needs correction, or treating an available product as proof that delivery can proceed. Product name, SKU and carton quantity identify the catalogue record. Recipient age, destination and complete address details determine whether the order information can be assessed.
What to check on a mobile screen
On a phone, long address and product fields may wrap across several lines. Expand any saved-address field and read it from the unit number through to the postcode. Check that autofill has not retained an old suburb, state or recipient name. Return to the cart after correcting an address so the product record and quantity are still the ones intended.
Do not send card details, identity documents or a full residential address through a public comment. If support is needed, use the private Gexlora contact form and provide only the information relevant to the question.
If the address or tracking needs support
For a delivery question, the contact page asks for the destination postcode and order number. The Shipping Policy also says to use the contact form with the order number and delivery postcode when tracking is delayed or a parcel appears damaged. Keep personal delivery information out of public channels.
Processing and delivery estimates are guidance rather than guarantees. Address checks, carrier conditions, public holidays, remote destinations and events outside reasonable control can cause delays. Checking the address before submission reduces avoidable ambiguity, but it does not create a delivery-time promise.
A final pre-order stopping rule
Stop before submitting when any required field conflicts: an overseas destination, a missing unit number, a suburb-state-postcode mismatch, incomplete recipient details, or uncertainty about the intended product record. Correct the field or ask support rather than guessing.
Adults can then review the current Terms and Conditions and Shipping Policy before proceeding. Tobacco contains nicotine and smoking causes serious health risks. Gexlora is an adult tobacco catalogue for people aged 18 and over.
